By creating an account or using Ledger at ledgerstudy.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a child (for example, a parent assisting a student), you accept these terms on their behalf.

Ledger is a personal planner and study companion. It lets you track tasks and projects, plan your day in time blocks, store textbooks and notes, generate AI study materials (summaries, flashcards, quizzes, study plans), chat with an AI tutor, and connect your Google, Outlook, or Apple calendars for two-way sync.
You agree not to:
Summaries, flashcards, quizzes, study plans, and tutor replies are generated by AI and may contain mistakes or be incomplete. They are study aids, not authoritative sources. You are responsible for checking facts against your textbooks, syllabus, and teachers before relying on them, especially for exams. AI tutor replies are not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
When you connect a calendar, you authorise Ledger to read and write events on that calendar to perform syncing. Sync actions follow your instructions in the app. We are not responsible for changes made to your calendar events as part of a sync you initiated. You can disconnect a calendar at any time from Settings.
You keep ownership of everything you put into Ledger — your tasks, plans, notes, and uploads. You give us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content, and to send it to our AI and calendar providers, solely as needed to provide the Service. AI-generated materials are yours to use for your own study.
The Service itself — including its design, name, and code — belongs to the operator and is protected by law. These terms don't grant you rights to it beyond using the Service.
We aim to keep Ledger available and working well, but the Service is provided as-is. We may add, change, or remove features, and may suspend the Service for maintenance or other operational reasons.
You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other users or the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as missed deadlines, lost study time, or exam outcomes) arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer guarantees that may apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If a consumer protection law in your country gives you mandatory rights, those rights still apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
